Raid alerts and Raid Call
A paired Smart Alarm sends an event through Rust+. Rust Alarm stores the alert, sends a Telegram notification and starts the selected call chain.
Owner call
The primary contact receives the first Telegram call. A test call lets you verify it before leaving the game.
Up to 5 extra contacts
Every teammate starts the bot and accepts the invitation. After the owner, the system moves through active contacts.
Repeat protection
Duplicate events are suppressed, an answered call starts a personal cooldown, and a missed call receives one retry.
Alert history
The dashboard keeps the event time and technical result of each call attempt.
Team events and game chat
Notifications are configurable by event and destination. Keep urgent items in Telegram and route frequent events only to Team Chat.
Individual toggles
Enable or disable player death, respawn, online, offline, joined team and left team events.
Telegram and Team Chat
Choose Telegram and/or in-game team chat independently for team events.
Chat messages in Telegram
Forwarding in-game chat messages to Telegram has its own toggle.
A focused bot
The Telegram bot handles sign-in, notifications, invitations and Raid Call testing. Server controls live in the web dashboard.
Smart devices, scenarios and commands
Rust+ Smart Alarms and Smart Switches have a dedicated view, while automation and game-chat commands live with scenarios.
Smart Switch
Toggle available switches remotely and use them in supported scenarios.
Raid Defense
An alert scenario can switch predefined devices after a trigger.
Reversible commands
One command, such as /def, can invert the current device state instead of requiring separate on and off commands.
Loop protection
Actions that could create an automation loop are limited by both the interface and server-side validation.
Player tracking by Steam ID
One account can track up to five players. No nickname is required: Rust Alarm resolves an available name from the Steam ID and records observations for the selected server.
Up to 5 players
The limit prevents bulk collection and keeps monitoring a personal tool.
Steam ID only
You do not need to reproduce a complex nickname; enter the 17-digit Steam ID.
Status and history
When a source exposes the state, the dashboard shows online/offline, session duration and changes over time.
An honest “no data” state
If the server hides its player list or a public source is unavailable, the service does not guess. It shows that the state is unknown.
What the service depends on
- Alerts, map, team, chat and Smart devices require a server with Rust+ support and a reachable companion port.
- Smart Alarm must be powered, wired to the correct electrical logic and paired in game.
- Telegram, Steam, Rust+ and network connectivity are external systems, so temporary delays and outages are possible.
- Exact status for an unrelated player cannot be guaranteed when the server or Steam does not expose the required data. Rust Alarm labels stale and missing observations.
- Rust Alarm does not require RCON and never receives your Steam password. It is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve.
